We've been using it for the last 3 months and so far are only using it to track income and expenses to make it easier to export them into Simply Accounting come tax time.

Sounds like it does what I need- maybe you can let me know if it does these things: Guesty does but for 3% - Can add in different properties on AirBnB, VRBO that have different log ins (All my owners have their own accounts) - Sends out email to renters once booked that can also include their keycode (last 4 of phone number) as well as a link to house instructions and rules - or a set PDF- Sends email to cleaners once  booked  (each property has a different cleaner) so hopefully can set per property- Historic pricing- so I can go back to Jan 2 2014 and see what was charged then- Email list so I can export to mail chimp or use theirs to send out specials- Sends a thank you / follow up email after they check out- or whatever interval/ date I choose.

My favorite list is people that own the house, live in the house, have owned it for 20 years or more and own it free and clear - that is the house you will make the most money on when grandma or grandpa are now all alone in the house and are moving in with the kids, to the nursing home, or passes away - someone finds your postcards in 6 months or 6 years from now and give you a call to see if you still buy houses - these are the cream of the crop.With Realeflow leads you can do a lot of the above sorting and with the $7 a month version you can get 100 leads from their system - narrow those leads as much as possible before you export them to get the best leads for your money.Then, the next thing to do is to watch the list for returned letters.  

Plus, with Listsource.com we are able to export the purchased lists in an Excel spreadsheet that is directly compatible with our mail merge system for printing yellow letters and postcards.

They key is to be able to Export the information upon completion for review by my team through our CRM/Business management tool e.g.

Then before your visit to the accountant, you export your chart of accounts and send it to them prior to the meeting so he can look at them.

The nice thing about Homestyler is that it's from Autodesk -- it's still a toy, but at least it's made by an industry leader -- and you can export standard .dwg files.  

It crashes often and the info can not be easily exported but it did help a bit.
