It would save families from trying to navigate San Antonio and make it to the events on time; It would allow them to spend more precious time with their graduate-because time with their sons and daughters and siblings and spouses is very limited on that weekend; and it would provide a year-round opportunity for you to keep the unit filled and cash flow.

Anything else (including an LLC) is considered a rental even if money is not exchanging hands and the person in the home (my daughter) is paying the bills directly. 

I also had an iMac for a while but gave it to my daughter.

as opposed to being more of a "how do i keep from getting my home Tp'd/egg'd and daughters bike in the driveway if the neighborhood doesn't like that i've raised the rent on their friends".
