Marketplace has been great for traffic and volume (and honestly the traffic supports our website SEO, too), but the quality of the those exploring is predictably lower than the Zillow syndicated sites and other.

Motivated seller lead generation.Do searches for that and that is how to start your wholesaling career.I am partial to SEO and having a credible website, it is the best and I spit in the faces of anyone that dares telling me it is not the best.

Class A or institutional- Business model- 300 units or more, usually Climate Controlled, multi story, on site manager, higher land cost, higher population center, great SEO power, well financed and managed, newer REITS/corporations. 

With that said, SEO and PPC have been our best lead source!!!
