Liberal immigration policy brings in outside immigrants that will vote in their favour. they also try to get votes from violent criminals and anywhere else they can (at least in Canada). the outcome of these policies in Canada tripled organized crime and Toronto the good became Toronto the gang war turf. real estate became the new marijuana plantations.

Maybe harder to hit a homerun here but you should be able to get plenty of singles, doubles or even triples!

One of the many reasons why I love single tenant triple net lease investments is they DON'T NEED a property management company to be involved.
