I have put $800 dollars worth of fuel in a boat and burned it in one day and on and on and on!

In suburban to rural areas you might get away with it more but will have less traffic.What I see them do is tag them high up on the telephone poles with a reacher pole.

Plain and simple you are unbolting 4 1/2 nuts, a fuel oil line, and 1 14/2 wire and replacing the burner with a gas burner.

I'm sure in some areas there are people who raise the average- especially cities where they push the rent strike narrative and aren't evicting for months giving non-payers fuel to be negligent. 

In Michigan, the following lease clause is legal:"The rent stated in Section X may be increased by Landlord upon 30 days advance written notice to Tenant under any one of the following circumstances: Increases in property taxes, charges for electricity, heating fuel, water or sanitary sewer services consumed at the property, or; increases in premiums paid for liability, fire or workman's compensation insurance."

So keep the negative energy coming i find that it fuels my desire to grow even more.

Low fuel prices have masked some other increases.

They had to replace all lines coming from the pole to house before it was fixed.

It also just fueled the panic, in my opinion.

Covid just added a ton of fuel to the fire.
