When I use to travel extensively, I carried one of their small portable scanners.

Each room has its own bath and walk in closet.

Both bedroom doors, in all three closets, and in a few places in the hall. 

Trying to figure whats the best way to add closet and door for this room.

Hi @Cameron Crossley,As others have said, your current mortgage lender is not correct.If you're living in a walk-in closet in the subject property as your primary residence within 60 days of closing, for at least 12 months thereafter, you are upholding the promise you're going to make before a notary public at the closing table. 

Tell them to get a portable humidifer

For the sauna and a couple of closets - where it isn't apparent if the light has been left on - I installed switches that glow with a red light if they are left on, prompting folks to turn them off.If you have an old hot tub, look into replacing it. 

We don't use smooth, cheap laminates except as either quick-fixes that are considered sacrificial, or inside closets and the like.

Plumber found that it looks like our toilets' closet flanges failed and there was a clog in the drain line that the toilets share (the units back to each other and share a drain line in the wall).

All but the smallest unit would work for this plan but I would be interested in expanding this closet sized space if the town would allow it.
