The last crash was predicated on a large run up in values that was not sustainable from locals.. and the market crashed hard... its coming back now and values have bounced back.

So really it was no different then receiving a check that could bounce or presented with completely bogus or typoed account numbers and such than getting the same typed into the app by a tenant.
