Hasn't been a big deal in over 5 years of doing it this way.Xfinity is the cable company I use, so I can use their Xfinity streaming app across all my Roku devices at my cabins.

RE investing is a very competitive sport, the players are sophisticated and leverage a lot of competitive edge to beat out the competition.I'd suggest playing out the long term game with year over year appreciation and rent increases and see if the properties pencil out to your goals.
