We let tenants hang items on the wall with approved hanging devices (picture hooks) that we give them.

Unfortunately I have used up other 25 Roku devices with my account and can not link up the 75" HDTV to my account. 25 devices is the limit from Roku. 

Also find repair services that will repair the car to be resold - not showroom condition.The technology has improved on starter interrupt if not paid on time and car locator devices but they cost so figure out who is paying and how much.Although the business was good to me monetarily, it just wore me out.

And you will need to live there to have 8 properties there. if you like saltwater type sports, then you can find some fun living there but in land is not pretty. find a home on the coast so you can live there and own properties just north of you.  

I think you could pull people nearly year around for STR (Dells summer attractions, hunting seasons, fishing, and winter sports).

One thing that I wish I knew before I started investing is that buying large multifamily properties is a Team Sport!
