Hi Trina,It's all about the use of an agents time.I agree with Scott to an extent "if that is the business you focus on as a broker/agent".For instance I do commercial only with triple net and apartment investing.My average transaction closed is in the millions of dollars.It doesn't make fiscal or financial sense with my knowledge and ability to find people a little house to buy.
