This is easier said than done because passive investors don't really hang out on free platforms because they prefer their privacy, don't derive any value from talking to new investors, and are busy living fulfilling lives ie family/job.2.

If you don't fulfill your part of the partnership, your partner will take over, and you'll have lost your money and (likely) at least part of your partner's money. 

No matter how "hot" the first one is, if she doesn't fulfill the second role...it's a slow death.

Jon,The financial industry was fulfilling the desire of many individuals wanted new things, businesses wanted to sell more product, government wanted more tax so that they could spend and shape.I think for awhile Americans are going to be forced to save.

Often times we sign up with new investors thinking we can fulfill their needs and at some point instead of having that “come to Jesus talk” and saying look we’re just not compatible, just not a good team and I don’t think I can best serve your needs…we simply end communication.

When you take care of that relationship, tenants renew, they take care of your home, they fulfill their obligations and leave on good terms.

Avoid fractionalizing the note between you and the seller unless you have a securities license.Once the borrower has made the payments and fulfilled whatever terms you and the seller agreed in your purchase agreement, the note is endorsed and trust deed assigned back to the seller.
