@Eric H. its $114 per month - now there are several types of searches you can run like - address tracing - trace detail - enhance people search- license plate trace- judgement search- and more it goes really deep, if this tools gets in the hands of the wrong person it can be deadly . 

I presently own two properties in Scottsdale that are doing quite well and I firmly believe that collaboration is the way to grow all of our businesses together.  

Upside is that any given improvement in NOI at these cap rates creates a bigger lever to enhance value, w/ the risk being that cap rates go back up before you sell.

Your cash flow will be diminished by greater leverage, but you can certainly still make money on a good deal and even enhance your returns with the high LTV.

This could generally be collaborated with a credit report as the rental and credit history are often reflective.

Insurance services, eviction protection, skip protection, bed bug/mold protection, loss of rents, pet damage protection, entity structuring and asset protection (from a consulting standpoint), renters insurance, tenant liability insurance, maintenance services to tenants and other PM's, tenant placement guarantees, "enhanced" monthly reporting, setting up entities, bank accounts, eins for foreign owners, utility management, etc.Take anything that is standard in your market and see how you can kick it up a notch.
