The fact that you can only put 20% down on a property, less with certain loans but still get 100% of the increased equity as property values rises over time is a signifiant advantage over other investment vehicles such as stocks, crypto, etc.

I was talking to a friend who bought Ether when it was $11.00....Crypto is going crazy right now.
