I am working on a very strong "why" as well, to be wildly successful in this business and as so many investors do, to then help as many people as I can to achieve the same.

Being told that you can't disqualify an applicant on the basis of legitimate past eviction judgments is wild - there must be some kind of qualifying language there.

I understand PML deals can vary wildly just wondering if there’s a rule of thumb in what a good PML deal looks like. 

If there is drama (relationship issues impacted work performance, restraining orders, police reports) in their life before the divorce then the divorce will be a wild ride and you might be in for some challenges.

My first thought is to call the cops and be there when they come so they don't have to bust your doors down.Then again, Colorado is the wild west compared to PA.
