Let the phone ring 3 times then go to the next dialUse a double dialer. if both calls answer hang up on one and then call them backnever stop until youre done.

The thought of sitting back while your phone rings with sellers just didnt seem legit.

I can proudly say I did not spend lots of money on fancy ring tones, as I never answered my phone for unknown numbers (which you can actually set your iphone to send them to vm btw).I get calls constantly about people wanting to buy a property I have not owned in 5+ years as well. 

Be sure there is an end date - the neighbor did one for a tenant without one and when he wanted to cancel it after non-payment of rent (and his kids running a car theft ring out the property) a court said no, tenant could buy whenever. 

The shower ring for the tub can't be standard height because it hits the ceiling...I've had to order custom risers for it so it doesn't hit.

Of course, this does not prevent my phone from ringing at 2am, but I don't like the idea of paying a property manager 10% off the top.
