Be sure there is an end date - the neighbor did one for a tenant without one and when he wanted to cancel it after non-payment of rent (and his kids running a car theft ring out the property) a court said no, tenant could buy whenever.

The shower ring for the tub can't be standard height because it hits the ceiling...I've had to order custom risers for it so it doesn't hit.

Instead of ring cameras at each door we would angle them down the hallways from the ceiling to get a shot of who is entering and exiting each unit.

We have one family that we put in the screens for inspection day, and remove and store them right after the inspection - because they deliberately bust out the screens to look down to see who is ringing or knocking to get in - oh, did I forget to mention that they got busted for dealing last year?
