Would it be wise to install a RING doorbell to monitor who goes in and out of the unit since I would be renting out by room?

They pay for and change filters, bulbs, batteries.They haul off the trash right after the guests leave so the cleaners don't have to.They handle maintenance and basic repairs.They have replaced things like door knows and toilet wax rings.

Yes, we have ring cameras at multiple properties.

They are allowable per code here but are generally looked at as temporary solutions and to be honest you can get a ring crimper for the price of about 4 or 5 press on fittings... thus cheaper and more durable/leak free to go the crimp ring route..

@Chris Clothier Would Memphis proper be everything inside the 40 and 240 highway ring and MSA is everything outside the ring?  

In addition to what has previously been mentioned, the fixtures may have dry rotted O-rings.  

I use a Ring camera 

Could be anything from someone leaving a faucet on, bad ring on a faucet to a leak or all the copper was cut out.

My first question would be: are these things making the phone ring?
