Seems like traditional banks don't want to touch fix and flip loans with a 10 foot pole.

I used it as fuel to catapult me into the highest level of competitiveness I had ever experienced.

The issue is, the people with wealth and experience would touch this with a 10 foot pole. 

I have and engineering job that is fueling my savings, owner occupying this investment should help my savings rate.
