I haven’t done any registrations or inspections untill the water clears up..I thank pin and it’s members for initiating the suit on the  very biased and unfair law .The health Dept  is sending reminders and the city is publicly pushing inspections still.Or Is it their way of doing the dead cat bounce?

I actually made a post yesterday about this with screenshots and rates have been bouncing back up here nicely since spring. 

It seems to have great upside.Just bouncing ideas around here.

I think if I figure out Yeats 4 step plan myself, Im ahead of the power curve and then bounce it off you all and can make course corrections.

Tenants bounce around in these areas like rolling stones... you can get lucky.. but generally they just Stay in a place they don't live.. and when you have moved 30 to 60 times in your short life.. there is no trama with moving like many folks would think3. areas unless some Major reno is coming LIKE big time developers .. the areas just fester and get worse with age..

I would like to bounce a few questions off of an agent in the area.

That being said, if the market goes even 2/3 times higher in next several years or after short slight depression if it bounces way up again wouldn't mind flipping.

But always love to bounce ideas off people more experienced than me to prioritize future strategies.
