I asked my PM to get some quotes/ideas on how best to address the yard, and the maintenance group for the property management company indicated flooding has been a common problem with properties in SE Michigan this spring, and really questioned whether I really need to address it.

In SE Raleigh, you can buy a home for $150k that rents for $1300.

You'll find that the SE side of town and Fountain (areas closest to the bases) are where most of your lower enlisted ranks live (if living off base), while the Powers corridor and Nortgate have most of your officers/contractors.
