Having a CPA and bookkeeper as the same person or part of same company makes things simpler because if the bookkeeper runs into any questions or issues, he/she can consult with the CPA and tackle the issue.

I read an article long time ago that this spam emails with misspelled words and grammar mistakes, they are on purpose.Basically the people that would notice them, they are least likely to fall for it, the ones that don't are most likely.

There were a number of uncompleted items (glass repair upstairs, x5 door replacement downstairs) that I think dragged it down a couple of bucks and I made the decision not to reschedule the appraisal in effort to get my funds back and go tackle more properties.
