That would apply to any site they use for education, not just here, but in general.As for the mention, as you may or may not know, the publisher controls if and how resource listings are included.

In my city, they are published in the newspaper once a month.

You can find the guys that do tax lien work by looking in the legal paper and see who is publishing the foreclosure notices.

In that case, the Circuit Clerk publishes notice of the lawsuit in a local newspaper for three consecutive weeks.

Maybe create some way for a blog to be flagged as not endorsed but published as an opinion?

The practice of putting research into book form would surely benefit my understanding of the subject, enhance organization skills, and constitute effective practice for eventually publishing something of more general interest.

The city does publish some vacant property they have seized and plan on selling, but it is a very short list these days.  

The ones that I have found valuable and have mentioned on BP are as follows.The state department of housing publishes vacancy rates as does the Denver Apartment Owners Association.
