Does anyone insist their tenants purchase renter's insurance?

Just like the X amount of commission they insist on, the business is changing.

We were even willing to let the owners see how we presently keep our current home as proof we would insist on maintaining their property in similar fashion but they were still strict.

When I did a walk through of the property today, we discussed her tax situation and she still insists that she owes $2300 in taxes.I ask this because it would affect how much money the seller would actually receive in this transaction.Would it just be best to do a title search on the property to see what liens come up?

It's common for low level customer service to insist they have to withhold 20% it's a way to pressure people from not taking money out so you might have to go a few levels up.Good luck

So what you're saying is you tell the sellers that and they still insist on selling to you at a much lower price?

If you offered me $20 an hour, I have every incentive in the world to do a crappy job.If you insist on doing this, which I don't recommend.

It is merely an observation of mine that some people who will look at passive investment with hyper critical eyes and claim that, because they have to put forth any effort of their own at all, they insist that an otherwise passive investment is actually an active investment.
