My last two listings were lifted by someone who offered them at ridiculous low rates on CL and tried to get someone to send them the SD and 1st month's rent without meeting the Landlord.One brokerage spams over 100 listings a day.

None of them were spam, all were real replies, and when I showed the apartments in "open house" type showings, received 8 applications, 6 of them people with high credit scores.

Some it is going to be caught by spam filters.

(think of all the spam to follow)The fact of the matter is there is not that much case law to support this claim of silence or notice to be true.

The reason for this is that many new members join up with the sole intention of SPAMMING other members on the site.

Many of these are judgment calls I feel that each individual investor has to tackle, it's call doing business.

My fiancé and I have no clue where to start or how to tackle this.

You deserve so much credit for taking control of your finances, tackling these rehabs on your own and providing your children with a better life.

I used to do colored letters back when we had to go to printers and instruct how to do everything, figure ways to do it in mass, back before everyone had easy access to spam them out in mass, and that's why it worked, it wasn't flooded.
