Yes, 10 years may be a bit of a stretch unless someone like Amazon decided to setup an HQ in the area (not holding my breath...I think they would encounter a talent shortage IMO).

From the guy screaming at the workers to the workers being subject to the screaming, both are indirectly accepting "their roles" and stretching the amount of craziness they can put up with.Consider this, for most people television is a powerful idea, just grab a camera, get as few friends as "crew" and you will se how people change their behavior, for good or for worst.

With that house I have had 3 years of good and profitable experiences, but i had a 6 months stretch where that house was sucking me dry both financially and mentally.Normally things go well otherwise none of us would do this, but you have to have a reserve to cover the unexpected especially when just starting out.

After removing the house the City demanded that I complete a stretch of sewer to the front of the lots (there was a gap of 3 houses in the sewer line--3 houses have working septic fields and the sewer was never built) before they would give final approval.

Transportation is convenient by multiple means, whether to San Francisco or towards San Jose.Not only that, but Belmont and San Carlos both have a nice stretch of downtown restaurants near El Camino Real, which serves as the main thoroughfare through the area.

The downstairs is a humongous hall with a stage,kitchen  and 20 foot ceilings.Now  that I've been researching church conversions, i'm thinking of tall thin garden apartments with the center as a common area.So how do I reach out to the world,  to whom do I reach out to, in order to stretch to this awesome limit?

I think $2k is a stretch. $1600-$1800 is probably a more reasonable expectation.
