Do what you enjoy, and like what you do- and Life is good. for some of us, that is the pursuit of a great find.. or taking a place and seeing its potential and bringing it back to full form, or juggling a dozen things at once.

Most landlords build that into the price when they make an offer, since it's more cost effective to delead around your schedule and when you buy it empty, than when you are trying to rent it out and juggle a deleading.If you are going to be a MA landlord, you'll find LOTS of other ridiculous MA laws. 

Although Ive bought my home through VA, juggling the mortgage, credit cards and other expenses, I want to pay down my debts so I would be able to get a HELOC to expand and buy other homes.
