Sure, moving can suck, but it can also be exciting, as that would be the start of a new adventure and you wouldn't have such a hard time juggling things.

@Bryan C.How are you able to juggle real estate investing while your stationed overseas?

I think for anyone trying to start out in the REI world it is definitely a lesson in desire, persistence, and willingness to go the long haul, for those of you that have made it and have made it while juggling a job and family, and keeping up with the day to day.

Another juggles of guiding questions would be,"Why do I need to set my goals?

You need to be fair and understand that any contractor is juggling multiple jobs trying to keep their schedule full.....if you need to reschedule due to delays or unexpected issues, don't expect that the contractor can accommodate whatever date you need....you'll have to get together to make something work. 

NO juggling this type of mess.

By the sounds of it we are almost in the same boat, I'm definitely looking for the financial freedom from the day job but also juggling bills and getting married soon.

I have to build capital somehow and wholesaling is a low cost way to learn the industry while genuinely helping people to find a non-traditional way to sell their homes without paying a pompous broker to juggle their personal home that they hold dear with a countless number of other deals the broker/realtor is also working.
