I know it can be tough being a student and juggling all of the different classes and assignments that are thrown your way but if you are spending 4 hours a day watching Netflix or playing video games, then I would say you have the time. 

but it gives you more of a leg to stand on when juggling multiple people.

So I had to juggle 7 or 8 buckets to catch the leaks in the attic as I feared my ceiling would be ruined.

After that, it'll be too hard to juggle anyways.

Pro's great for quick and easy projects as long as you have "Excellent credit" and not juggling excessive trade lines/mortgages.One down fall is when buying more investment properties the bank/lender may require seasoned reserves. 

How you juggle your funds for the closing is entirely up to you, at least the closings I've been to. 

Most likely they are smart enough to grow to this level, but not too overwhelmed with juggling to many clients at the same time.
