No juggling. :)

But it looks like you are very comfortable juggling accounts.

Also, specializing in real estate with my CPA is also an option I've been juggling in my thoughts thanks for affirming that because I wasn't too sure. 

As my life moves on, and my family grows, and my number of units increase, I find it harder and harder to juggle family time, a day job, and managing the rentals.

The more properties you own, the more things you potentially need to juggle.

On the flip side, I have seen people juggling many bank accounts to operate their different series and intermingle funds because they get the accounts mixed up...

I  lenders look to see if you had stable job for 2 years to qualify for a good loan.2. down payments - maybe you can get around this via house hacking and FHA loans.3. juggling with your employer. 

Who cares if you’re bombarded - I think you have to juggle it all.

Being a great investor will require you to juggle many different parts.
