If these folks were here to participate in the community beyond this discussion, or if they happened to be members who had great things to say about the company, I might be less suspicious that something funny is happening here on the discussion, but as it stands, I'm made more suspect by the influx of newbies who are here soley with a recommendation.I strongly urge everyone to do more research in the company, and hope that some of our long-time members can shed some light on this company.

It's your choice if you want to be a service business by lining up the money for borrowers and lenders, collecting the points and shedding the risk or by being the bank by lending your own and other peoples money and holding onto the risk.
