This is definitely good time to buy from "technical chart" perspective as RE everywhere is experiencing a bouncing starting from January.

I would like to learn as much as possible but not bounce around  from job-to-job as I do not think that would look great either.

. 💫 I am hoping to start my first house hack pretty soon (within 0-6 months), but my first and more immediate goal is to be part of a community where I can bounce ideas around or learn from/with while developing a real-estate portfolio over time.

Find 1-2 people you trust through Bigger Pockets to bounce specifics off of so you do not get overwhelmed with information from everyone.

I need some help knowing the best locations and bouncing my potential addresses off someone familiar with the area.
