Also, does anyone have insight/experience building pitch decks (or templates) of current portfolios that are utilized for presentations to prospective investors?

Both my listing agent and the buyers agents had TCs on deck to help them with the transaction. 

Ive had an old refrigerator and stove sitting on the back deck for a week now as I renovate.

Replaced rear deck, some flooring repairs, small electrical repairs.

I prefer to sit on a deck and look out at the world or sit in front of the fireplace with a grand view out the windows.

The actual problem is very simple , the two previous owner before developed the deck that's not following the code so they said it was hazard, so stupid.

A contractor around me has a cigarette boat named "Contract "  he puts it on the deck of his 110 ft yacht named "Change Order" .
