If you want a cheaper alternative i would recommend upwork, it's a little more expensive but you can tailor exactly what you want done and actually hire someone as a VA to do your SEO work, usually not the best and wont really get you much traction in competitive markets, but it's better than nothing and you won't have somebody who is just spamming backlinks to your site trying to get $5 and a 5* rating like you would on fiverr.

It's always wise to separate your brand from everyone else.Finally, for back links, I haven't dabbled much with SEO in recent years, but a few years back when I did, back linking was entering a phase where it was losing influence on rankings because of the quality of back links and spamming and the like.
