But, if you are determined to build a rental empire than it is sound practice to speak with a mortgage broker or originator to determine the parameters of the refinance before you buy a property to fix and hold.

It's tempting to want our real estate empires today (I know I do!)

Strategy 2: Create LLC > nest LLC into an Agent Trust > purchase house > nest house in land trust > assign the LLC as the beneficiary of the land trust with yourselves as the trustees (managers, essentially.)This is obviously pretty complex.

Before actually placing the property deed into the Land Trust, I contacted a number (7) of title insurance companies and they all explained that they do not provide title insurance for properties held in Land Trust.

This can give idea where people moving and always great to build RE Empire on path of progress....

I find it funny, being called "defensive" for relying on empirical evidence.As Karen said, everyone should do their own due diligence.
