But for many REOs, as @Jon Holdman states, the seller may want you to use the title company they are already working with since they have already paid for the title work that has been done.One issue you may encounter is that the title company the REO asset manager has chosen most likely will not allow same day back to back closings using transactional funding.

I chose a chose a company that offer Prop Mgmt services which are a bit spendier but for strict buying and selling, the cheapest I found were http://www.srgrealtor.com/ and http://www.theforcerealty.com/ Personally I wouldve chosen Force Realty.Good Luck!

My message is "I am just some rando who was able to build the life I want for my family, and if I did, you can do it too." that first sentence is absolute gold.lolas far as people getting in and getting crushed, we can all say that about whatever the new shiny object was. whether it be crypto, STR's, NFT's, etc.

My 2 cents is that I would want to disclose everything- to the point of risking the deal- because I value my license over any one deal.I have read some people actually disclose in writing to the seller that the seller "likely" would get more for the property on the open market, but have chosen to sell at the agreed price.I am personally a bit confused over the duty of confidentiality.
