My experience with land trusts in WY are massive grazing trusts that keep large groups of land locked up for grazing so no one can sell it off to movie stars to build homes.

Shannon I looked at some of the reviews but many were from 2008 and 2009 where the marks were 3 stars instead of five so I am sure they have improved the model since then.I also looked at the Fujitsu scan snap before and was wondering the difference between the two.

Thanks to the VA, I am now able to negotiate deals, schedule appointments (late at night or on the weekends of course) etc when I'm knee deep in the J.O.B.I'm always in the process of screening VAs (I'm looking for a rock star right now) so if you would like to be hooked up with a candidate or two with potential let me know.

What are some of the things you look for when finding rock stars?

(Thank you PB for the help). now i didn't want to star a new thread so here's my question. if i were to pay down my principal mtg a bit faster and sold my property for around the same amount that i got it. say i got my property at $150,000 and put down 5K towards the principal, when i sell it will i get more money in the end?

I only saw one person mention the lone star state as a great option

AJ, that's exactly what I did and in 2017 (before new tax law) it was limited to $100K and I deducted its interest as line item on itemized deduction per advice of the CPA from TurboTax and that was inline with my understanding as well and in line with other star CPA's such as Tom Wheelwright and others.
