Having lived in Europe for only 4 years, I got to meet all kinds, even the kids were more "open minded" than most American adults.

Or the ones that indicate they have adult son/daugther staying a few nights a week.

Its not just on principle (though that is compelling too, as I as the landlord am required to live up to my end of the deal, but as a responsible adult believe I should anyway), but its also because I don't want to hose the next landlord by not having something on record.

My largest apartment is a 4 bedroom, but since one bedroom is very small and the city won't allow more than 3 unrelated adults to cohabitate where the property is, I have been renting it as a 3 bedroom. 

EVERY adult living under the roof MUST be on the lease.

I have a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (7 yrs and 1 yr) that are interested in the property, but I feel like the property (sq.ft) may be a bit small for them.

For clarification, we are talking about a 4 bedroom, 2 adult, 2 young kid home.
