Might be a good area to wholesale if you know who the major buyers are then you would just need to walk (or float) around and find out who wants to stay and who wants to leave

it is a floating floor and very easy to install.

Then there is the rest of the sea with floating trash that is dead weight that will take you to the bottom.

I have been pleased with vinyl click lock floating floors and think it would perform well in a bath.  

And the title company does cash that check, so you can't float that until closing.
