The only negative about the house I used to live in is no master bath per se which is a turnoff for some people - but everything in the house has been updated - whereas most in the price range I'll sell for are dated or just have the basics done to them (by updated - new siding, windows, high end oak trim, new opened up kitchen and not the cheap crap, new driveway - gigantic patio - gas line for grill outside, sprinkler system etc etc.)Anyways best of luck

For the exterior, it was painting the front doors black or red, the body beige and black or white trim.

You pay for foundation work to be done too.And keep in mind a pre fab structure trimmed out at $45 a sf level is propbably going to be low end.

My main concern is that I had a water remediation address the immediate flooding and a general contractor to start repairs on the drywall, insulation, trim/baseboards, and minimal repainting because my tenant elected to stay in the unit throughout the whole process.

As she sees it, there are many more potential liabilities with dogs.But I do know that for cats she has a strict policy on up-to-date vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and a tacit expectation that they are either declawed or their claws regularly trimmed.
