Hi Everyone,Looking for some advice on business structuring as I am currently under contract for my first investment property.Situation: My brother and I have decided to partner up and tackle real estate investing together.

Given the "stigma" surrounding asbestos, the impact it can have on your ability to resell the property and the price you can demand when you do sell, it makes business sense to tackle a small, easy abatement.  

Maybe painting the whole house is a bigger project than you want to tackle right now.I wonder how hard it would be to add some sort of decorative porch light.Just a few ideas...

I don't remember the city name or address off the top of my head so I will try to get that info soon.In any case, we are just getting started and commercial property is not something we were thinking of tackling anytime soon but if we already have it...why not?
