Can anyone shed any light on this? 

Not all investors have every tool in the shed, but the good ones identify which tools are missing and how to bring them to the shed.... so let's start a discussion. 

Unfortunately $30K down will not buy a nice shed in NYC—even across the river in NJ is crazy. 

(So many sheds!)

Anyone shed some light on this???

A couple other conversations I had in the last 2 days shed light on the recent elevated status of China Lake military base as demonstrated by the swift funding for repairs after the recent destructive earthquake (and apparent reluctance to do so before government officials were given a proper tour). 

Detached Structures: for other buildings on the property (ie. sheds & detached garages)Again, there is normally an included limit of 10% of the building limit.

I am looking for someone who actually has properties in New Castle to hopefully just shed some light on me to their experience since they have been there.Jared

In the back of your head, if I were you, I'd be thinking about finishing this up in such a way that it's most cost effective to "de-ADU it" if/when needed (it can be an office or a storage shed or communal rec room, no issues there).
