Embarking on a work holiday, and my sights are set on Destin.

I'm moving to the Destin area and looking to get into ground up construction in Pensacola.

We have a STR at Destin West/Gulf Side on Okaloosa Island and has consistently been booked and profitable.

This was part of the equation since acquisition.Separately, we have to enjoy the ride, not just the destination. 

Now, if we can just get them to turn in their renter’s insurance declaration page, we’ll really be cruising.  

Does anyone in the Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, Gulf Breeze area have any recommendations on good affordable insurance providers?

Housing prices are a little higher here than in Dayton proper, but the community is awesome and a highly desired destination.

Through our company we also offer a vacation away from your Vacation Rental which has worked out to be very popular for owners who self manage but need time off for a cruise or 2 week hiatus with family. 

Navarre Beach is a great location with much less tourist activity then say Destin in the summer months.  

However, there’s more to the story than just this catch-up phase.Detroit has transformed into a metro area, gaining popularity as an affordable destination for higher-tier housing.
