Hi all, I've stumbled upon three different companies that deal in reporting anything payment related to the credit bureaus.

That is how I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets.Lately, I have been reading and learning everything I can about Real Estate Investing, while saving for a down payment and developing my niche/strategy/criteria.

I sort of stumbled into BP through Google looking up general information on real estate investing.

So far so good.Next frame shows Ethan inside the house, stumbling over huge piles of used sheets and towels in the hallways and every bedroom while apologizing profusely. 

I am currently living in a 4 bedroom single family home that I bought mostly as an investment because I stumbled across it while initially house hunting.

I stumbled onto the this community after several Google searches kept turning up valuable and informational articles on real estate investment via BiggerPockets.com.  

We want to help folks who _can_ be successful get over the stumbling areas, learn from other's mistakes not their own, and not create a long line of failures.
