I don't know a ton about the other markets aside from them being vacation destination. 

We have signed up for a cruise at the end of April and I thought others might want to know about it.

We got 8 years to cruise along.At present since debt is 7% and we don’t need to sell, we maintain current course.If and when cost of debt goes down, we may then have a decision to make.If cost of debt goes down, value will go up, maybe we sell…….Or maybe we refinance……With refinance maybe we pull capital back out and produce capital available for another deal.Our options are open and we will adjust the game plan as the market and the debt market change.Since we have 8 years left fixed rate, we sit tight……….As time goes on and we get closer to maturity, we will need to make decisions.If debt is 5% 7 years from now, do we refi or sell?

Tourist destination, Cornell and Ithaca College are 5 miles apart, job growth and real estate development.

Miami is a very hot destination right now.

Playa is the top tourist destination in Mexico and we seem to be getting busier and busier all the time.Location and marketing are your most important things to keep in mind when doing something like this.Good luck!

We own an STR in North Conway, NH that gets about 80% occupancy, being a winter and summer destination.

I have cruised some of the websites foir companies where the classes are offered, and my question is always the same, if you're so good at the investing, why are you teaching it to someone else? 

Embarking on a work holiday, and my sights are set on Destin.
