Robotics and AI is the next wave of the tech boom happening and CMU is one of the centers.  

It is done by robots that attempt to guess your login/password.There is a way to block the whole county, but only untrustworthy websites offer this code. 

My entire career I have beeing in the research sector (NASA robotics).

For example, purchasing an abandon mall today to rent to retailers or repurpose has a lot of risk because technology/robotics automation/logistics improvement/amazon could disrupt that market easily.

I did a van cargo business delivering pallets of car parts and that city is a huge manufacturing part hub with real manufacturing jobs before AI and the robots take completely over.

Add that to the horrendous performance of our public schools, and kids are basically just wasting time between the ages of 6 and 21...and are happy to do so...Until society starts to value (and recognize the value of) education again, and until our public schools stop trying to churn out robots with "employee" mentalities, this nation is only going to keep falling further and further behind in many areas where it previously dominated...Just my opinion, of course...

Everybody knows "The Oracle of Omaha," and Warren Buffett LOST $49.7 BILLION DOLLARS in the first quarter this year...The Market is 80% traded by ROBOTS, not Human Beings.

Moore's law dictates that hardware and software are pretty much 2 separate entities with a symbiotic relationship.There's tons of different types of companies within tech. 1 of my kids works on a Zika virus project in data, 1 writes software for gaming, 1 designs and builds robots. 

They are robots.  

Blaming your lack of ethics on "gurus" is like being a "mind numbed robot".
