AI... robotics... do you expect everybody having a job??

Yeah back when I used to cold call for another business, I learned how important it is to be yourself and talk to them like a human being and not like a robot reading from a script.

This one's just to make sure they're not a robot.

Its a slick interface where you can invest based on your beliefs; ie "Clean & Green", or "Robots Rising", they even have a index for REITs.  

This also tells us why AI is so hard to attain because until you build a robot with spatial awareness it will be insane.Oh yeah I liked science when I was a kid, still do...

Full transparency, not all, however the calls I have listened to, it can be robotic.

What I did so far:-  Priced at 700k+ level, but reasonably with similar homes(bed/bath/garage/lot/age) sold/pending in <1.0 mile radius last three months-  Redfin  view traffic/favorites, Zillow view traffic levels are at or more than that of above sold homes-  Price reduced once and still no showing(below or in the middle of redfin/zillow robot estimates)-  Professionally staged and landscaped-  Listing agent is a friend, but at beginner level from a very small local broker.Without showing, I can not get any feedback on what might be wrong.  

Not technology, unless it's an armed robot :)

Robotics and AI is the next wave of the tech boom happening and CMU is one of the centers.  

It is done by robots that attempt to guess your login/password.There is a way to block the whole county, but only untrustworthy websites offer this code.
