Personally, I'm using propstream and export my lists, then import into my skiptrace service.

The weakest component was net exports.

Thanks to the massive improvements in the UX/UI of the BiggerPockets calculators and analysis sheets, I wouldn't hesitate to export those and share with your clients.

Very easy to use and you can export spreadsheets directly from there as well.

My wife and I manage some of our properties, but I'm in the process of exporting that to a professional firm because the short term savings aren't worth our long-term sanity. 

It will be very difficult to get Texas wines exported out of state when we can’t even keep up with half of what is consumed for in state winemaking!
