I tried booking.com but their technology isn't up to snuff just yet and I have found their users shopping for a deal. 

The technology has been used to protect critical infrastructure in NY like the transit system.

I feel that adding a touch of modern technology to tie in with today's digital world stands out as well.  

But, there are a lot of people who grew up with technology and would rather ask the question than even attempt to use BP's own search feature to find their answer.  

So LED technology will be continuing to grow market share in lighting. 

Currently my major is in Information Technology but I certainly have an entrepreneurial spirit and the more I hear about real estate the more I think about how exciting it would be to own and manage a bunch of properties all while working for myself.

There are great technology tools to help bridge this gap, but (from my research) I have been underwhelmed by the tenant friendliness of most of these applications.

Better Living is a mobile technology driven brokerage and has been flexible and has understanding with my work as an investor agent.  

They say they are firm, my banker says hold tight for a couple of weeks at my price due his concerns with Edwardian era heating technology.200+ days on market. 6 year old roof, exterior is gorgeous, interior dated with kitchens and baths ranging from 1930s to 1980s.

AWS or Google BigQuery is where I've had more experience, but there's overlap between many of the NoSQL technologies.
