Hi all,Planning on painting wood trim, baseboards and doors in white in the near future for a rental unit.

You need to figure that the average tenant will stay in your rental for 2 to 5 years and then the cost to paint a $1200 to $2000 sq ft home is about $3,000 to $4,000 plus flooring replacement, tree trimming and other yard work, blinds, cleaning and many repairs like broken sinks, faucets, appliances, fence repairs, etc.Post all your numbers and lets have a look. 

This is the list of houses that I would want to start off with to trim down whether they meet my criteriaDoes something like this exist?

We invested about $80,000 in a complete renovation with included the following: painted top to bottom, all new flooring, new counter tops, sanded and repainted kitchen cabinets, added more cabinets in kitchen, new split unit HVAC, tankless water heater, all new furniture, new trim and blinds.

Purchase price: $55,000 Cash invested: $37,000 full gut rehab needed new plumbing, electric, HVAC, patched floors, redid drywall & trim (& paint), exposed some brick, all new appliances, ripped back end off of he house and rebuilt it, re-poured patio, replaced bathroom and added two half baths What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The damage to trim and floors is a risk you take by having a tenant move it in themselves.  

Ultimately, I drew the plans, went through zoning/ permitting, demoed the existing structures on property, did all the land clearing. framed it, siding, installed all flooring, stairs, trim, stonework, storm water retention ponds & site work.

For kitchen cabinets, Sherwin's line of Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel is a decent choice. 

I would not be where I am today if it were not for all the nights and weekends painting, doing trim and remodeling my homes.

Could anyone please recommend tree removal/trimming services?
