It can be useful, but it really depends on the property and what data you have access to in your area.Are the improvements (shed, house, garage, barn, etc.) of the property you're buying close to the property lines?

They're all auxiliary structures, mostly tiny homes/cabins, plus this shed he converted into a beautiful unit.

I've even seen tenants get high-maintenance breeds that bark, shed, dig, scratch, and otherwise behave in a manner that is more likely to cause stress than reduce it.It's all a sham.

So it's looking like CM's having a hard time shedding blame with his signature on the contracts and his face in the videos promising turnkey investments that ended up being vacant economically obsolete or literally burned down houses.
