Needless to say, the capital gains will be massive, hence spreading most of the sale of the home into other rentals.We have been looking into parts of Utah (near Salt Lake City) and Idaho (near Boise) for sfr's or multifamilies investments and would like to stay in B or A neighborhoods.

Any investors have a good recommendation for a title company in the Salt Lake City area and/or Provo area?

It looks like an incredible opportunity, while my local options are frustrating (Salt Lake and Utah counties).  

I am a newbie so take that with a grain of salt..but isn't there a solution that doesn't involve any of the existing properties.

I'd rather all government charity programs ended immediately and had all section 8 tenants nation-wide on the street, but since that would never happen I'll just try to avoid freezing to death for now.So I was randomly watching a YouTube video about how to screen tenants for landlords, which made me even more angry, because basically any smart landlord worth their salt will only take tenants who are perfect little angels.

I bet I could go a little more crazy on the salt and that would help.
