Real estate and technology investments aren't synonymous.

With technology boomers as well as other seniors are living longer as well.Some of the cold belt states still do well but only in a few areas.

I highly recommend this business ($30 investment in a roll of vinyl pays typically $400 when made).Right now I'm a full time Information Technology professional at Amazon with plans on moving to Information Security.

These portals have all of the legal and technology built out so you have a turn-key mechanism to raise from family, friends and extended networks.

Just last night I was on a foreclosure auction web site, so the parallel between the days of the Great Depression and our own recent Recession was interesting, but the contrast between the technology involved in selling these was striking!  

Technology is fine and dandy and I understand there are many young members who just love it.
