You'd be doing yourself a disservice now if you don't get the ball rolling on working with a loan officer to figure out financing, start looking and evaluating properties (assuming it fits your timeline.)Consider renting some or all the rooms on Airbnb to increase revenue.

Obviously, for this tenant you have to go off the old lease which is likely inadequate.

Typically all or all but one bedroom will have 2 sets, 4 beds total.

You could also put something like "Buying and selling homes" or  "All things real estate" with no title.
