A lot.I will need to read through the materials available under the link, but (please excuse my temporary laziness as I'm asking this without reading that first): based on your comment only, do I understand correctly that if one is the owner living in the home (in the city of Buffalo) then he/she would not need to have a CO - therefore it is to be expected that such properties (sf, mf) would be sold without a CO?

As far as the car dealership is concerned they know that it is a temporary thing and that they are willing to sign any agreement knowing full well that they most likely will have a year on the lot but a possibility of a shorter amount of time in case this thing wraps up quicker than we expect but the timeline of acquisition to entitlements with the assistance of an architect will take some time.

We went to city hall 1. seems like permit cost is same if you pull it or contractor, but contractor has to sign the permit papers. 2. permit cost is very less only couple of hundred dollars.another question : I bought this house recently, I see some thing already in basement, like ceiling lights, I can see open wires and open bulbs on ceiling in a very temporary bases,because there is no insulation of drywall on basement roof.
