With limited counter space, a counter top microwave would take some of that away and more than likely the electricians would need to run an extra circuit for one anyways.

For example, if you are going to renovate a kitchen( I am talking a complete gut job), where do you get your countertops, fixtures, cabinets etc.?  

I currently don't have granite countertops but everything I see says granite will not add value.

The guys installing our marble counter tops cracked it during the install & paid for the replacement.

Put the traps close to the walls on the floors behind furniture and close to the walls on counter tops because they travel close to the walls and you will catch them.I don't like traps because it takes a lot of time to constantly put food on them and to set them.
