Hello, I'm at a financial crossroads where I either need to leave my "permanent" corporate Information Technology job and return to higher paying but less predictable IT contract work - OR - find a supplemental source of income such as birddogging or wholesaling.

Uber works because of network effects -- retail home buyers wouldn't use the service more than once every several years (at most) and therefore network effects would be impossible to achieve.I'm guessing he was strapped for an article topic, and thought to himself, "What's a good buzzword in the technology world today? 

The techology in this area has resulted in higher quality with increased efficiency.Speaking of technology, while researching this topic the other day, I found a company called "Utility Management Solutions" that claims they can install a submetering solution regardless of the type of piping.

I understand, technology can condition human behavior, look at me, I'm a BP addict and there are no meeting I can go to!

Technology is not my strong suit.

Everyone has access to the same technology and can send you the same properties that are pulled from the same databases.

Jon is right in that VC is not for real estate, but more for new products, technology, etc.

I'm now working toward an Associates Degree in Process Technology.
